Both tell they want peace, but none accept other’s side views.

Regarding Hamas’ power over Gaza, it is a legitimate power (I’m not pro-Hamas), given by a vote. And this result is what it is now because of number of actors: Israel for making blockus over Gaza, USA for their blind pro-Israel positions, EU for stressing Palestinian Authority to let Hamas participate to these elections although not respecting past accordings (and not letting Hamas honnor their vote victory), Hamas for fancying people in ways different than they policy, Fatah for being corrupted, and all the past concerning these territories.

Regarding terrorism, please, Israel, please, remember how your state born… Wasn’t that done by terrorism against imperialist UK???

And please, both sides, stop tell you want peace, but make the conditions for it!

Suma you wrote that palestinians should not have to sit there watching Israeli’s taking their land ,I would point out that Israel did not take their land, there was only 600,000 Arabs who left Israel in 1948 when TOLD TO BY THE INVADING ARAB ARMIES TOLD THEM TO LEAVE , NOT THROWN OUT BY ISRAEL, where as what is never mentioned is the 1 MILLION JEWISH REFUUGEES WHO WERE THROWN OUT PENNILESS FROM THE ARAB COUNTRIES IN 1948 they stole everything they owned have they ever given anything back of cause not nor will they ever, We have not seen them going arounf the Middle East blowing up buses shopping centres etc. The Palestinians pre 1948 were JEWISH the Muslims were called Arabs, The Jewish people have lived continually in the Land of Israel for over 3,000 years it was the Muslims that stole the land from the Jews not the other way round there was never a country called Arab palestine the Land of Israel never a Arab country , remember Islam is only just over 1,000 years old, it was created in Saudi Arabia, after which they went around the world taking by force what ever country they wanted, the answer to peace is for all Muslims to give back all the countries they have taken by force and return to Saudi Arabia.

It’s both a shame and ironic that much of your video shows Palestinian children being recruited and that you believe this gives justification for the terrorist attacks perpetrated by your govenrment, whether they be acts of aggression or (only slightly) more subtle attempts to ‘redistribute’ land and resources in Israel’s favour. Obviously, I do not condone or support terrorist acts by any representative group (Hammas) but the responsibility seems to lie with the Israel as they are far more powerful both politically and militarily.

Do you think the world is not aware that attacks are perpetrated by both sides? Clearly, you do. At least this shows some concern and recognition of the fact that Israel has little sympathy around the world.

Tragically, like approx. 99% of Arabic Jews, the population has gone, like several there, decimated by the civil war 1975 –1990 and now only dozens remain. Their last synagogue was damaged by one of Ariel Sharon’s bombings of Beirut and now stands forlorn. Hezbollah are said to be trying to help in kick starting it’s restoration, (see Haaretz, Thu. November 27, 2008 Cheshvan 29, 5769).
Another case to look at is Huda Nono, the Ambassador from Bahrein to the US. She is the from the Jewish community. No hatred there.

The palestinians chose Hamas to leader them and to be their goverment. They chose Hamas to protect them…but Hamas is a terrorist organizacion that uses all its money for bombs, misils and arms..Hamas was that who started 7 years ago to throw misils in Israel. Everyday, at least 5 misils falled in Israel, during the 7 last years. The palestinians supported Hamas, and they didn’t care when they started to make all the tunels that communicated Gaza with Egypt to transport arms. The palestinians didn’t even care when those tunels reached the ground under their homes, mosques or hospitals… Couldn’t they realise that Israel was going to defend its self? Israel started to send soldiers to Gaza… but Hamas didn’t really stop to throw the missils…Israel then remooved the soldiers from gaza…with the hope of peace..
but Hamas continued to throw the missils, to destroy Israeli cities, to kill israeli civiliens..why the news never tell this facts?

The Jews suffered the horrible Holocaust more that 60 years ago…when it finished, a huge amount of the survivours didn’t have a place to go…all their families were killed, just becouse being jews. It was then the time in history in which zionism started, when the Jews started to return to their home, the home that they were forced to leave 2000 years ago…Even before the holocaust, a lot of Jews lived in Israel / Palestine (whatever)..since the 19, the jews were the majority of Jerusalem’s population. When the survivors of the holocaust came to Israel, they didn’t steal the Palestinian land. They went to all the places in which Jews lived. When the State of Israel was created, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Jordan and Egypt attacked Israel with violence..that was the first arab/Israeli war. Jews weren’t those who stole, or those who forced the palestinian to leave their land. The arab goverments themselfs were those who told Palestinians to leave their land. A lot of palestinians left their homes with out being afraid of war, they left it becouse the arab goverments told them to… There were some arabs that didn’t leave Israel. Those arabs got all the rights in Israel. Today, arabs in Israel live better that those in Arab countries. If palestinians want a state, it was offered to them in 1948, and also in 2000…both times they responded with terrorist attacks. Israel doesn’t still water or whatever you said from Palestine. Israel is the promissed land for Judaism and the land in which it was born. Jews started to live there more then 3000 years ago, much before than when Islam was born. In all it’s history, a lot of empires came to the holy land and STOLE it from the jews. The babilons were the first ones, and they forced jews to leave their land. After a lot of time, when Persia conquered it, it let to jews to return to Israel. Then the romans came, and they forced jews to leave their land, and go to far places, like europe. However, there were a lot of Jews that stayed in Israel. Those Jews lived there since then, until today. Palestine was never a country. It was part of the roman empire, more than 2000 years ago. In the times of the holocaust, Israel was part of the Ottoman Empire. After that, it passed to be part of the British Empire.
Jews lived in Israel in the last 3000 years! But palestinians arrived there only 100/200 years ago. Tim, there wasn’t any arab country that the Jews could still. There wasn’t any country called Palestine in history, it was just a part of the British Empire. You said that the survivors from the holocasut had places to go. Well, that was a little part. What can you say about all those that losed their families, those who didn’t have a home? The big community of Jews that wasn’t killed, was left in the Holy Land. But the palestinians didn’t occupie it. Israel was then part of the British Empire. There were so much Jews as Palestinians. However, the palestinians wanted that 0,16% of Middle East. Why can’t any arab country help the palestinians to get a state, a larger one, in any other place of Middle East. Islam takes one third of the world are, but the Jewish country, is just a 0,16% of Middle East.

The Muslims did NOT help Jews in holocaust to survive….some important muslims that lived in Jerusalem talked with Hitler, and supported him. During the last 60 yeras, lots of arabs fighted with the objective of finishing the worl that Hitler started. If they want a state, the have the chance to get it in 1948 and 2000!!!!!!! Please, don’t say that there are Jewish terrorist, casue that is absolutley false. How is a Jewish terrorist??? The IDF, the army of a country that defends its people?? Perhaps you are right, perhaps Jerusalem is a really important point in these situation. However, and once again, Jews are not how caused it. Jerusalem turned to be the ONLY AND SINGLE holy place for judaism about 3700 years ago..thousands of years before Islam or palestinians were born. King David made there the holy temple and the city turned to be holy for Jews. Althogh a lot of cultures invaded Jerusalem in its history, jerusalem was ALWAYS populated by Jews. The holy temple was destroyed twice. After that, Christ was born (in bethlehem), and the city turned to be also holy for Christianity, but not so much holy as for Judaism. Then , thousands years after, when Islam was born in the 5 century, descendends of Mohamed decided that he flew to heaven in what today is called Dome of the Rock. Since the 19 century jerusalem was mainly populated by Jews, and Jerusalem was actually BUILT BY JEWS. So why do muslims believe that it is of them?? Their most holy side id Mekka, and then Medina. However, Israel gives them all the rights in Israel, and they have got all the right of visiting it or living there. But Jerusaelm is not a MUSLIM city!! Israel gave to arabs soo much places..for peace..including the huge Sinai Peninsula. But nothing changed!! So, id Israel would give to arabs Jerusalem, would something change??

And about the palestinian children that you talked about…of course they don’t have the right to vote, they are children. But, the big majority of the palestinian children, everyday get stones to throw to the Israeli soldiers, that are there to put security, (although they kill terrorist..and that is logical). Those palestinian children were anounced by Israeli security workers, to leave their homes, and go to a farther places, and not get hurt. Israelis called to palestininas by phone, and also put announcements. All this is becouse Israel never wanted to kill civilien popultaion, Israeli NEEDED to kill the terrorists. I think we have already covered Golda M e.g. with Libyan airlines flight 114, no?

The Israeli Disproportionate Force (as in Qibya) has never needed reasons to kill. A cursory glance at Einstein’s letter to New York Times 1948 literally reports a war Crime and predicts more. Have you ever actually read it? It is a great eye opener and of huge importance to the understanding of the idiots who have still got poor old Israel in their grips. It was Jewish people who suffered terrorism at their hands as well you know and any dissent was killed and then bred out of society with the help of propaganda. I should be delighted if you had a look at it and continue this debate.

I will be really happy to continiue this debate. I apreciate a lot all the positive sentences that you made about Israel. But, first of all, I want to make something clear:

Lebanon is not a democradic Country.
You can think that it is, but you can’t say that it is the ONLY one…Israel is at least 100000 times more democradic, but we will arrive at that later.

The Term “democratic” has a lot of meanings. The meaning in which you relate lebanon to “democracy” is the term “OFICCIAL DEMOCRACY”. Lets put Cuba as an example. Cuba, officialy, is a democracy. If you search about it you can see that it is officialy a “Socialist Republic, or Popular Democracy”. Now, do you really think that a county like Cuba, which is goverened by a dictator (Castro), is a democracy??? Do you really think that this country, in which people didn’t vote for their president, that is in the goverment during the last 50 years, is a democracy??? Do you really think that this country, in which the president is not able to help his people to develope, and doesnt really care about it, is a democracy???

Now, Israel is officialy a democracy, and also it is a democracy in reality.
Israel gives so much rights to arabs like israelies or so much to women or to men.
Israel doesn’t support any terrorist organizacion, and there is not any organizacion that kills people in the name of Adonai.

Im really happy to hear the positive facts that were done in Morocco. However, the problem of Middle East is not related with this country. But anyways, im sure that if Jerusalem would be given to arabs, peace wouldnt come.
